What the system covers and what it does not
Within scope
-
Organising records into defined categories so they can be retrieved in a consistent manner.
-
Presenting structured observations derived from the information already held within the system.
-
Providing a navigable interface through which authorised users can locate and review specific records.
-
Handling enquiries about access through the support team, with a documented process for each stage.
Outside scope
-
Real-time data streaming or live updates to records as external events occur.
-
Collaborative editing, shared annotation, or group document management.
-
Automated decision-making that produces recommendations intended to direct user action.
-
Independently verifying the accuracy of all records held within the system.
How the system handles information technically
The following points describe the general technical approach used by Welwetcom. They do not constitute a complete technical specification and should not be treated as such.
-
Classification at input
When information enters the system, it is classified before being stored. This means records are organised from the moment they are received, rather than being sorted retrospectively. Classification criteria are applied consistently across all incoming information of the same type.
-
Cross-referencing
The system links related records so that users navigating one category can identify relevant entries in adjacent categories. This cross-referencing is applied during the organisation stage and reflects relationships that exist in the underlying information rather than inferences added by the system.
-
Interface presentation
The review interface presents records in the order determined by the organisation layer. Users can navigate categories, locate specific entries, and read structured observations. The interface does not reorder or filter records dynamically based on individual user behaviour.
-
Support integration
The support interface connects directly to the Welwetcom team. Messages submitted through this channel are handled by team members familiar with how the system is organised, which enables more accurate and relevant responses than a generic contact mechanism would provide.
A closer look at how access requests are handled
Access to the Welwetcom system is arranged individually. There is no automated sign-up process, and access is not available without prior communication with the support team. The following description explains the stages involved.
Stage one: submission
A user submits an enquiry through the contact page, describing what they are seeking to review and why the Welwetcom system may be relevant. The enquiry should be as specific as possible; vague requests are likely to result in follow-up questions that delay the process.
Stage two: initial review
The support team reads the enquiry and determines whether the information provided is sufficient to proceed. If clarification is needed, a follow-up message is sent. The team may ask questions about the nature of the information being sought or the context in which access is intended to be used.
Stage three: response
Once the review is complete, the team responds with either access instructions or an explanation of why the request cannot be accommodated at this time. The response does not include reasons derived from any evaluation criterion that has not been described on this website.
